PIUSI EX50 FUEL TRANSFER PUMP

The Piusi EX50 cULus-listed fuel transfer pump is designed for the dispensing of gasoline, diesel and kerosene. The EX50 is a fuel pump designed to last longer and maintain higher flow rates when used with accessories that create resistance. Capable of delivering up to 15 GPM at-the-nozzle.

Available in 12V DC and 120V AC options. Also available as a Transfer Pump Kit equipped with auto-nozzle, delivery hose, and optional meter and/or filter.

UL CERTIFIED

The EX50 pump is cULus-Certified and complies with the standards in place to prevent explosions inside or outside the pump, due to components that can trigger the transferred fluid or the surrounding atmosphere. PIUSI EX50 is safe and reliable for use in potentially explosive environments.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Designed to transfer flammable fluids from tanks of any type, PIUSI EX50 is available in 120V AC and 12V DC versions. It features a compact structure with a cast iron body that ensures its robustness. The fuel transfer pump has a built-in bypass valve and spring-loaded, reinforced vanes which allow it to dispense up to 15 GPM at-the-nozzle, with reduced absorption to ensure the longevity of the PIUSI EX50.

The anti-noise filter (EMC electromagnetic compatibility) makes the application of the PIUSI EX50 convenient, with a low noise level. Flanged components including pump, flow meter and filters can be mounted or replaced without the use of sealant, making connections quick and secure.

PIUSI EX50 also guarantees an excellent thermal protection and the metal suction filter keeps the pump in good condition, free from foreign matters.

PIUSI EX50 KITS

The EX50 Basic Pump Kit includes a 15 GPM fuel pump, auto-nozzle, anti-kink delivery hose, downtube, and flanged tank connector. Available with these accessories plus a K33 mechanical flow meter and optional filter as the EX50 Pro Kit. From tractors to small fleets, the EX50 has the power to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
