The PIUSI MA 180 air-operated diaphragm pump for diesel and oil has a sturdy central body, side half-shells and suction and delivery manifolds in aluminum. The diaphragms that make up the air-operated diaphragm pump, instead, are in high quality NBR and guarantee the transfer of high viscosity diesel and oil, even if there are solid parts in suspension, as can happen with used oil.

The PIUSI MA 180 diaphragm pump falls within the category of vacuum pumps in which the change in volume results from the oscillation of a diaphragm that closes one side of a chamber. This solution has the advantage of the waterproofing obtained by eliminating any sliding between parts.

The excellent operation of the PIUSI MA 180 oil and diesel transfer pump is guaranteed by its pneumatic circuit. Its construction principle makes it specifically suitable for applications in heavy-duty conditions or in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification for zone 2).

HIGH PERFORMANCE

The PIUSI MA 180 oil and diesel transfer pump has a flow rate of up to 40 GPM and its self-priming function makes it safe from any possible damage in case of dry-running. Furthermore, it allows precise speed adjustment without pressure loss.

The PIUSI K600 and K600/3 flow meters are available to keep the quantity transferred during dispensing monitored. PIUSI MA 180 can also be combined with the K400 diesel nozzle, or with the Easy Oil and Pistol-one versions suitable for oil transfer.
