FEATURES
COXREELS® 1275W Series hand crank or motorized “Welding” hose reels are built to manage long lengths of bulky twin line welding hose. The direct bevel gear drive,low profile outlet riser and open drum slot design are features greatly appreciated by the regular user. Dual brass swivel inlets on each side of the reel assure full flow trouble free performance.

- WELDING GAS SWIVEL –Dual machined from solid brass 90Ëš full-flow 3/8″ NPT swivel, one on each side for the real for simple VITON® seal maintenance ans ffast and easy hose installation.
- CNC SPUN DISCSÂ – Heavy duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges for greater strength, durability, hose protection, and operator safety.
- OUTLET RISERÂ – Exclusive low profile outlet riser and open drum slot design provides a non-crimping, flat smooth hose wrap.
- “A” FRAMEÂ – Sturdy one piece, all CNC robotically welded 12 gauge steel “A” frame base, not bolted, for superior reel structure. Mounting pattern located in the steel base for easy reel installation and detachment.
- PERMANENTLY LUBRICATED BEARINGSÂ – Sturdy permanently lubricated and self-aligning pillow block bearings for smooth rotation and trouble-free operation.
- OTHER FEATURES INCLUDEÂ – long lasting, chip resistant and rust inhibiting CPC powder coat finish, Oxy-Acetylene or “T” Grade welding hose, and reliable direct gear drive for quiet & smooth rotation – NO CHAIN. Motor options available in air and hydraulic.
