These HPW machines are packed full of standard features and built with the highest quality components, to our exacting standards, coupled with a limited 5 year chassis warranty to ensure years of trouble free service even in the most demanding cleaning environments.
These easy to use, heavy-duty, high performance, heated machines clean quickly and effectively and are ideally suited for industrial, commercial, and rental applications. Pressures range from 750 PSI to 3500 PSI and volumes from 2.3 GPM to 5.0 GPM.

The HPW’s, like all Jenny Oil Fired units, incorporate Jenny’s Twin Fire Modular Gun Burner System which features 18,000 Volt Wing Nut Removable Twin Electrode Ignition System, Belt Driven 6″ Diameter x 4″ Wide Blower System driven off the Main Drive Motor, Adjustable Air Intake, and a Belt Driven 200 PSI 3.0 GPH Fuel Pump. This constant duty burner system allows for clean and efficient combustion of Kerosene, Diesel, #2 Home Heating Oil, or JP-4 Jet Fuel.

Simplicity

Jenny’s Hot Pressure Washers like all Jennys are very easy to operate. All of the machine controls are centrally located on the front panel in full view of the operator. Both the Motor and Burner switches are 24 Volt and lighted Red in the Off position and Green in the On position. This ensures the operator will always know the status of the machine at a glance. Many of the options available for the HPW units are simple bolt on kits which allow for easy upgrades.

Serviceability

The units were designed to allow for easy access to all of the machines major components. The burner and pump are both easily removed with a couple bolts and fittings. The air and fuel components are located underneath the pump for easy access. The electrical system is located within a large, easily accessible electrical junction box. All of the electrical connections are made at a specially designed terminal board. The water control system is centrally located on a manifold block assembly inside the main chassis. As with all Jenny machines, parts and accessories are always readily available.

Reliability

In manufacturing these machines, we use only the finest available components. The main drive system is either an industrial grade electric motor or a High Performance OHV gasoline engine. The pump is a high pressure, belt driven, oil bath, ceramic plunger pump. At the heart of the combustion system of all Jenny Oil Fired units is our specially designed Twin Fire Modular Gun Burner System.

Durability

The heavy-duty, powder coated, 10 gauge steel, modular chassis was designed for years of rugged and punishing use and features a long, low, sleek profile that can fit through a commercial doorway. The chassis also features a 5 year limited warranty. All components such as the coil casings, stainless steel float tank, fuel tank, optional solution tank, back panel, and front control panel are bolted on to the chassis.

Safety

All Jenny HPW units come standard with a 24 Volt Intrinsically Safe Control Voltage System. They also feature as standard: Nozzle (Trigger Gun) Control, Over Pressure Protection, High Temperature Limit Protection and a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (Single Phase Units Only).
