PIUSI EX75 FUEL TRANSFER PUMP

The Piusi EX75 cULus-listed fuel transfer pump is designed for the dispensing of gasoline, diesel and kerosene. The EX75 is a fuel pump designed to last longer and maintain higher flow rates when used with accessories that create resistance. Capable of delivering up to 20 GPM at-the-nozzle.

Available in 12V DC version only. Also available as a Transfer Pump Kit equipped with auto-nozzle, delivery hose, and optional meter and/or filter.

UL CERTIFIED

The EX75 pump is cULus-Certified and complies with the standards in place to prevent explosions inside or outside the pump, due to components that can trigger the transferred fluid or the surrounding atmosphere. PIUSI EX75 is safe and reliable for use in potentially explosive environments.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Designed to transfer flammable fluids from tanks of any type, PIUSI EX75 is available in a DC version and characterized by a solid structure with a cast iron body that ensures its robustness. The pump for transferring flammable liquids consists of a built-in bypass valve and spring-loaded reinforced vanes that allow it to dispense up to 20 GPM at-the-nozzle, with reduced absorption to ensure the longevity of the PIUSI EX75. The anti-noise filter (EMC electromagnetic compatibility) makes the application of PIUSI EX75 simple, with a low noise level. Moreover, flanged components including pump, flow meter and filters can be mounted or replaced without the use of sealant, making connections quick and secure.

Another characteristic of the PIUSI EX75 fuel transfer pump is its excellent thermal protection, while the metal suction filter keeps the pump in excellent condition, free from foreign matters.

PIUSI EX75 KITS

The PIUSI EX75 is available in two kit versions, the Basic Kit and the Pro Kit. Both kits come with 13 ft. of anti-kink hose, unique patented bung adapted with flanged components, auto-nozzle, and downtube. The Pro kit version comes with K33 mechanical meter and optional filter.
