The Texas Pneumatic Air Manifolds can be used in any industry where there is a need to have multiple outlets of compressed air to supply various pneumatic tools simultaneously.

Air Manifold Features

TX-3AMF – Air Manifold (2.5 Gal, ASME Tank w/ 1/2″ Ball Valves & Crowfoot Connectors)

Texas Pneumatic’s TX-3AMF is the second in it’s series of ASME coded and OSHA guideline conforming manifolds.  This smaller version is much more accommodating to carry into confined spaces such as airliners for cabin and seat repair.  It fits neatly into large toolboxes for storage.  It can be equipped with universal (crowfoot) couplers or 1/4″, 3/8″ or 1/2″ industrial quick disconnect couplers..

The Texas Pneumatic Air Manifolds can be used in any industry where there is a need to have multiple outlets of compressed air to supply various pneumatic tools simultaneously. This manifold comes with a ” air inlet and four 1/4″ outlets.  The inlet is fitted with a screened crow foot.  The outlets have 1/4″ Industrial Type Quick Connect fittings.  There is a 1/2″ ball valve located on the end of the unit for depressurization of the tank prior to disconnecting of the supply line.

This manifold comes with a 1″ air inlet and four 3/8″ outlets.  The inlet is fitted with a screened crow foot.  The outlets have 3/8″ Industrial Type Quick Connect fittings.  There is a 1/2″ ball valve located on the end of the unit for depressurization of the tank prior to disconnecting of the supply line.

TX-10099 – Manifold Cage

TX-10099 Manifold Cage Is For The TX-2AMF And TX-6AMF. Either Of These Manifolds Can Be Bolted To The Forklift Channels Of The Cage. The Cage Protects The Valves From Being Broken Off, And The Round Design Allows One Person To Easily Roll The Unit Into Place On The Jobsite. These Cages Can Be Stacked For Storage And Is Galvanized For Long Life. When Stacking, The Bottom Of One Cage Fits Over The Top Of The Next And Keeps Them From Sliding Apart. When Stacked, The Forklift Channels Allow Easy Movement Of Multiple Units And Provide A Safe And Easy Lifting Point.

TX-10103 – Stacking Bracket Kit

This kit allows the older style manifold tanks without the permanently welded brackets to be retrofitted.  The Stacking Bracket Kit comes with two Brackets (TX-10101) and two Worm Drive Clamps (TX-10102).  The Worm Drive Clamp is inserted through the two holes in the Bracket.  The Bracket and Clamp are then placed over the end of the Manifold Tank.  Once the Worm Drive Clamp is tightened, the Bracket will stay in place.
