Radio Remote Control

The D.ONE operates via a highly responsive, heavy-duty radio remote control. The remote also features solar panels to extend battery life during long shifts on sunny job sites.

Active Safety Systems

If the operator steps too close to the machine (within roughly 6 feet), the D.ONE’s near-field safety perimeter automatically halts the roller to prevent crushing accidents. Conversely, if the operator walks too far away and the signal drops, the machine instantly stops travel and vibration.

Two Machines in One: Drum Extensions

In under 10 minutes, your crew can bolt on or remove the extensions, changing the working width from a narrow 24 inches (610 mm) to a highly productive 33.5 inches (850 mm).

Padfoot Drums and Dual Amplitude

Cohesive soils require “kneading” force, not just weight. The specialized padfoot drums penetrate clay and silt deeply, breaking up soil clumps and squeezing out air voids. The roller also features two amplitude settings: high amplitude for thick lifts of soil, and low amplitude for working safely near sensitive underground utility pipes.

Automatic Vibration Control (AVC)

A common problem with trench rollers is “digging in” when the machine stops moving but keeps vibrating. The D.ONE’s intelligent AVC system automatically stops the vibration the moment the operator stops the roller’s travel, protecting both the soil grade and the machine’s drive motors.
